BURN HOT YOGA CLASSES

Any style of yoga practiced in an intentionally heated room is Hot Yoga. In these classes, temperatures can be anywhere from 30 degrees to 45 degrees centigrade and are said to help you sweat out toxins while you work toward increased strength and flexibility. Hot yoga tends to be a flowing vinyasa style in which students practice a series of linked poses.  Hot Yoga can also help with depression and lower stress levels as well as improving muscle tone and stamina.

Hot Yoga class is a perfect class if you are a more experienced Yoga-goer. The Hot class is great if you want to build strength and flexibility, develop muscle tone and can help with weight loss. It is also a great class to practise if you are dealing with injuries or limitations particularly if you are working with back issues and knee problems. The heat warms up the body allowing you to stretch into the asanas safely while at the same time aiding detoxification and increasing the cardiovascular element of the class.
