Yoga & Wellness Studio

We offer an extensive range of  classes all with qualified instructors in our fully air conditioned studios complete with the latest Les Mills Smart Tech studio equipment and Keiser Indoor Cycles. We have all your favourites from Pump,  Spinning, Yoga, Pilates and bungee plus everything in between! We also hold regular group training sessions on the SYNRGY 360 Rig so whatever your fitness goals you are guaranteed to find plenty to keep you motivated.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Please leave your belongings (and shoes) in our changing area. You can safely lock any of your personal items in our lockers.

To benefit wholly from the experience, we ask that you do not bring phones into the studio and leave them switched off and on silent during your session.

Please be mindful of other classes in the studio whilst waiting for your class and try not to disturb them.

What’s a good class to start with?

All our classes designed to suit everybody’s needs - so it doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or practice daily. Explore our full range of classes

 

What should I wear to the class?

We don’t have a dress-code, but we recommend you wear something comfortable - one less distraction.  We have a ‘no shoe’ policy in the studio so be free and go barefoot.

We also recommend you bring a warm top and a cosy pair of socks for Savasanah if you like but blankets and eye pillows are provided.

 

Do I need to bring anything to the class?

Feel free to bring your own mat however, we provide beautiful Liforme yoga mats, bolsters, bricks, blocks, straps, soothing lavender eye masks and blankets.   

 

Is there space to leave my belongings (coats, bags etc.)?

We have lockers in the changing rooms if required and all your outdoor clothing and bags can be stored safely in the yoga studio lobby.

 

What equipment do I need ?

We have mats, bolsters, and cushions (all made from organic cotton and organic buckwheat) to offer comfort and support to wherever your practice may need it. If you find it difficult to sit on the floor we also have a chairs in the studio, so there’s no need to sit on the floor if you can’t/don’t want to.

 

When should I arrive?

Classes start as promptly as possible, so we recommend you arrive about 10 minutes before your class is due to start, that will give you time to check in at reception and pay(if required), use the changing rooms, store your belongings in the lockers or nip to the toilet.

 

What if I’m late?

We have a strict no-late comers policy - meaning if you arrive after the studio door has shut and the class has started, we won’t be able to let you in. We want you to be able to have the full experience and we also don’t want to disturb others who are already in the class.
