I have been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years but since I remember fitness has always been a passion. I started swimming at 7 and reached county level. Since then I've competed in triathlons, trained in kickboxing and recently started Muay Thai.

I have been involved in the fitness industry for 8 years now, and I love it more and more each day. I started up as a gym instructor through to a Personal Trainer and now part of the management team and class instructor here at Burn Fitness. I have built a strong client portfolio over the last 5 years here at Burn Fitness, and I would love you to be part of it. I completely understand how daunting starting exercise can be and trust me I've been through the ups and downs of the world of fitness, but remember everybody has to start off somewhere, and that somewhere could be with me. We will be training in a comfortable environment with lots of training equipment to hand in a brand new fully refurbished gym.
I specialise in weight loss, strength training and weight based exercise, also being a former Sport Therapist I have a wide knowledge of injuries and rehabilitation. I have worked with all ages, sizes and genders and have many clients with all forms of injuries or illnesses also. I will look forward to hearing from you!
