My name is Lee Turkington, I have been working within the fitness industry for around 10 years . I have a huge passion for not only health and fitness but helping individuals like you to offer the best opportunity for achieving your goals whilst become the best person you can be!

My philosophy when training is to focus on reducing the chance of injury, working on time under tension through targeting muscles at different angles, whilst most importantly enjoying the session and having fun. I believe sometimes I am not only a 'fitness coach' but a life coach too! Throughout my experience I have found that the main challenge individuals come across is mentally! I now adapt my approach when working with each individual to increase their confidence, mind set and well being as well as physically improving too!

I offer face to face 1:1 or 1:2 Personal Training Sessions as well as Online Coaching Programs for women.

Becoming a personal trainer has allowed me to turn my passion into a career.

Since a young boy I have always been involved in competitive sport including football, I believe this is what sparked my motivation to be fit and healthy. I have been involved in the fitness industry for 8 years now, and I love it more and more each day. I started up as a gym instructor through to a Personal Trainer and now part of the management team and class instructor here at Burn Fitness. I have built a strong client portfolio over the last 5 years here at Burn Fitness, and I would love you to be part of it. I completely understand how daunting starting exercise can be and trust me I've been through the ups and downs of the world of fitness, but remember everybody has to start off somewhere, and that somewhere could be with me. We will be training in a comfortable environment with lots of training equipment to hand in a brand new fully refurbished gym.

I specialise in weight loss, strength training and weight based exercise, also being a former Sport Therapist I have a wide knowledge of injuries and rehabilitation. I have worked with all ages, sizes and genders and have many clients with all forms of injuries or illnesses also. I will look forward to hearing from you!
