PUMP FITNESS is a workout for the whole body using weights. You'll be encouraged to work with weight that is suitable for you and shown correct lifting techniques in a supportive environment. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience who is looking to get lean, toned and fit.
If the thought of all that exercise sounds a little too energetic or you fancy something a little more relaxed and mindful then why not try one of our Yoga or Meditation classes which will help you stretch and tone your muscles, strengthen your core and improve your posture leaving you with an overall feeling of calm and wellness. Tabata is a high-intensity workout that has fitness and weight-loss benefits. It offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get those results.Tabata training will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately and as you are performing these exercises at a very high intensity, your body will have to work much harder to keep it up. This will cause your heart to pump fast and your metabolism to jump, which you want if you are planning on losing fat. Your metabolism will stay at that high not only during the workout, but after the workout as well. This means that your body will be burning fat for hours after. Many exercises and types of equipment can be incorporated into the Tabata workout so you could use push ups, planks, squats, stability ball exercises, resistance bands, weights, or a bench.
SYNRGY RIG is circuit-based training centred around the Synrgy Rig 360. It's designed for a whole-body workout and to get the heart racing.
SPIN is a high intensity class with a mix of long and short intervals increasing muscular and cardio endurance, build muscle strength combined with active recovery. Choose SPIN 30 if you want a short blast or SPIN 45 for a longer workout.
Functional training for 45 minutes based on the gym floor using our wide range of “Concept” cardio equipment including rowers, ski erg and our new assault bike. We combine these machines with free weights and bodyweight exercises all guaranteed to burn calories and strengthen all major muscles groups.
This fun class taught in our yoga studio working at a level that suits all, especially if you’re new to exercise. We focus on warming up the whole body, mobility and stretching. Classes are varied using light resistance and weights working upper body, core, back and legs. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Time to rise to the challenge with our Feel the Burn class! This full body workout is aimed to push you to your limits with a mix of HIIT and strength exercises using both body weight and free weights to help develop both your strength and stamina. No two weeks will be the same, keeping you on your toes and fully in engaged.
